Homeowners and residents can subscribe to their community list directly on our website and can unbsubscribe at any time via email, text, or on our website. We store homeowner information securely in the US and we never sell, trade, or distribute your information to any third party - we only make homeowner information available to that community's manager/management team.
For managers, contacting homeowners is straightforward: use a mobile device or computer to log on to our website, select the association, and type the message. You can select to send the message to the entire community or to specific buildings/units (for example, only to homeowners whose water is out). We track the delivery of your alerts and, if you make a mistake, you can use our "Unsend!" feature to catch it.

Because you can easily attach pictures and PDF documents to your alerts, you can use our service to replace paper mailings while also being able to send meaningful, complete messages (without being limited to a small number of characters). Yes, our system is designed for self-managed HOAs as well. Simply contact us and we'll be happy to setup your account. We'll provide training to the board members and sign-up material for homeowners.
Our unlimited messaging plan provides unlimited email, text, and picture messages for 50¢/door/month. We also offer custom (metered) plans - simply contact us and tell us what you're looking for - we'll create a custom plan that fits your needs.

We do not share any homeowner information with anyone except for your HOA's management company. We hate spam and unsolicited contact ourselves and we will not impose it upon you.
No. ManagerAlerts is intended to provide association-related information. We send messages only to subscribed individuals that have chosen to receive the messages. We do not allow unsolicited contact.
